At SMIRRA, we bring you a curated collection of designer mirrors that embody the elegance and essence of India. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy works

What can be exchanged

Mirrors
– Can be exchanged for a different size or design within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
– Can be replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors. Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.


What cannot be returned

- Products that have been used, or tampered with.
- Customised or special-order items.
- Free gifts or promotional items (like free badges with purchase).


How to request an exchange or return

- Email us at orders@smirra.in or WhatsApp us on 9967835467 within the applicable return window (3 or 7 days).
- Share your order number and photos of the product/packaging.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.


Return shipping

If the product is defective/damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
If you’re exchanging for size/design, the customer will bear the return courier charges, while we’ll ship the replacement at no extra cost.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
In case of exchanges, you’ll receive the replacement product once the original item reaches us.
